SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

Eagle Eye Builder Group LLC is a growing General Contractor and Custom Home Builder in the St. Charles and surrounding areas. We are looking to expand our team and continue our growth by bringing on a Sales Representative that is motivated to learn, grow, and take pride in the projects we are building together. Eagle Eye Builder Group LLC provides tremendous growth opportunities, performance-based incentives, and training.

We are seeking people-oriented, motivated, and driven individuals to continue to grow our business. The Sales Representative is responsible for effective prospecting of new residential and/or commercial general contracting services through incoming leads, cold calling, sphere of influence, as well as pristine communications to our clients throughout the building process. Proactive communication with the employee’s book of business is required and crucial to client satisfaction through phone, email and text. Presenting the project estimate, scope of work and contract, while working with the production team to collect payments are also a key aspect of the Sales Representative responsibilities. This is a consultative sales role that requires a high drive, positive attitude, and a competitive mindset. This is a commission only sales position, but we will offer future promotion opportunities based on performance as they become available.

Duties:
+ Generating and following up on leads. (Company will provide some leads that are generated through our advertisements, & through sales representative prospecting)
+ Some cold calling/canvassing is required.

+ Handling referrals in a timely and professional manner.

+ Liaison between the client and production team/owner.

+ Utilizing field technology tools for lead activity tracking.
+ Responsible for the selling and closing of home improvement projects and new construction, i.e custom homes, room additions, basement finishing, window & door sales, & commercial buildouts.
+ Networking. (Social Media, Organizational Events, Chamber of Commerce Gatherings, and More)
+ Training will be provided as well as tools and materials needed for success.

Requirements:
+ High energy & strong work ethic
+ Sales experience in construction and residential home building/real estate
+ Top notch customer service skills
+ Be a problem solver
+ Reliable transportation
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Must have a smartphone and be computer literate
+ Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
+ Excellent people skills enabling client satisfaction at all times.
+ Self-motivated and with a willingness to learn.

+ Proven track record of producing high volume sales.

+ Sound Negotiating skills are a must.
+ Must be able to work weekends if needed.
